Back again at the ICC for No5 – stuffing 1000 balloons with raffle tickets then all helium inflated (previous install was 1500 balloons).

Can’t believe I’ve been doing these Wicked drops for 12 years. It’s been like a balloon drop apprentiship with each event getting easier and faster to install. I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did for us yesterday. The balloon drop looked amazing! I’ll send you over some photos when […]
To check availability and get a balloon wall delivered near you complete the below: Images above are examples of various Organic balloon wall installations I’ve built using 11”, 16” and 36” random sized balloons (that’s the meaning of organic here – stuff made with different sizes balloons). These are all air filled and can include […]
Here’s another entrance at The Alexander Stadium for Uk Athletics using 16″ balloons. Here’s an example of the same location with 11″: This shows the difference between 16″ & 11″ balloons on a 7 pole arch. Bigger arches are sometimes too flexible so I helium filled the 16″ Red & White to get more lift […]
For the launch of the movie “Mamma Mia Here we go again” the theatre show had a special night. I installed this entrance arch and some bunches in each bar to dazzle up some preview screens of the new movie. This was an install at 5pm and de-rig at 11pm….. so I got myself some […]
An IT company wanted these 3ft balloons to show their companies new colours. We delivered a total of 85 balloons to 5 locations across the country. Again we used G10 cylinders & inflated to 28″ getting 13 from each cylinder. Similar installation to Royal Academy.
We supplied 80 x 36″ Lime Balloons helium filled to The Royal Academy, Piccadilly. Arriving at 6am 3 crew had all 80 filled & ready for 8.30am. They lasted well for 24 hours but then the extreme heat kicked in. The hot weather cooked the moisture from the latex and made the balloons brittle. They […]
This year we completed another 20 arches for EID working over 3 days. Again we were not sure if EID may land on Thursday 14th June so we had to make all 20 arches on the 13th. Note to self for next year – 3 crew made 10 arches in 2 hours once all the […]
Decided to go with colour ‘Golden Rod’ rather than ‘Orange’ for this Greggs arch – good decision.
Here’s my first Vodafone Rainbow arch in The Bullring, Birmingham. I’ll embed some tweets below as I do more locations.
Unusual for me to do a private party but here’s a 21 made with aluminium rod, free standing on base plates and poles. The back wall was a mixture of air and helium filled foil balloons spilling out onto the ceiling. I connected the balloons together with small cable ties. Apart from the 10 helium […]
