Balloon Race Updates

Visit USA 2017

This years Visit USA roadshows were on the 3rd 4th & 5th October in Edinburgh, Liverpool & Reading. My thanks to Colin Myles for sorting the Edinburgh event. Insane registration on this 2 colour print. Also check out these printed bunches.

Clouds

To launch a new cloud computing platform we delivered and built clouds in Birmingham, Ashford, Ditton Park & Knutsford. These clouds work better with a high ceiling but in order to install over smaller receptions we needed some low-lying cloud. You might also like these Clouds built in a Mayfair restaurant.

Pillar Wraps

These Pillar wraps with TOP PRINT were installed in Manchester before 8am for a Search Conference. I returned at 4pm to take them down. Spider-Man

This Spider-Man balloon wall is a copy. I was sent the photo from a Pinterest image & I’d be happy to link to whoever built it originally. Once I had the design I broke it down into grids of SDS panelling as below. Each panel took 2 people 15 minutes to build using a Nitrogen […]

No5

No5 Barristers Chambers supported the Child Brain Injury Trust & Whizz Kids charity event in Hall 3, ICC Birmingham. We helium filled 1500 Gold & Silver balloons, this only took 2 crew 4 hours on the day (unfortunately it took us 7 hours to stuff the balloons with raffle tickets).

Cloud

This years colour runs are having cloud arches, random balloon sizing like this is very in trend at the moment. Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for your work at the weekend, the balloons looked great and the whole event was a huge success for us. We are looking forward to […]

Q

Here’s the Q sculpture I built for PRC Direct. To get a nice strong outdoor frame I forced 5 aeropole rods into a circle. The Sapphire balloons were top printed to help promote the new Samsung TV’s

Turquoise

When a client asks for Turquoise Balloons it usually means 6 possible options. In the Qualatex range there’s Caribbean Blue, Robins Egg Blue (who’s Robin and why are his eggs Blue?) and Tropical Teal. There’s even a Pearl Teal which is a mad dark green which gets even more confusing. In the Belbal range there’s […]

Red Shoes

Here’s yesterdays installation at Sadler’s Wells Theatre for The Red Shoes. Again we inflated & bunched 800 balloons, with 10am access we were finished for 12.30. As the balloons needed to last until midnight I printed them on Qualatex which were also kinder on the fingers.
