I’m removing inactive (unpaid) balloons from the search results.
Below describes a repeat issue:
A user sets up a balloon named “example” and doesn’t pay.
They return and setup a new balloon named “example” and pay.
Next – they search for balloon “example” and the inactive balloon displays first. I’m guessing they have a small mobile screen and can’t see the active balloon below it. They email me saying “The money has come out of my bank account and my balloon is inactive”.
Or – possibly they are selecting the email link from the first balloon they setup and this displays as unpaid.
I was given the option to reverse the results and have the inactive balloons “greyed out” but feel it’s less confusing to just remove inactive from the search results all together.
