This month we’ve improved the payout button. Previously a link opened your email client with the payout details, this was causing problems for some outlook users and those without an email app. The new button opens a form with your raised amount and bank details.
After submitting your form your dashboard will show” Payout request pending”:
I aim to send a bacs payment sameday & you’ll receive an email and your dashboard will update to “PAID”
If you receive additional funds from late entries email david@balloon.co.uk
