Licensing Awards

This arch on the balcony at The Grosvenor was a tight fit so I under inflated the balloons to 7". GB Eye were sponsoring a casino and bar after the evening presentation so I had to install this after 8pm.

When I arrived the balcony was nicely decorated with 100's of Amscan foil balloons. It seems Amscan own the licensing rights to just about everything.
