Returns Policy – Ready-Made Balloon Arch

At Balloon.co.uk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality, ready-made balloon arches. Due to the delicate and time-sensitive nature of our products, our returns policy is as follows:

Non-Returnable Items

Ready-made balloon arches are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable and custom-assembled nature. Once the product has left our premises or has been delivered, we cannot accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your balloon arch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We require:

Clear photographs of the damage or defect
A description of the issue
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We will assess the issue and, if validated, offer one of the following:

A partial refund
A replacement (if time and availability allow)
Store credit

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
After that window, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as preparation will have already begun.

Incorrect Orders

If we’ve made an error with your order (wrong colors, size, or design), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
We will work quickly to correct the issue or offer a suitable resolution.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time
Handle the balloon arch with care
Keep the arch away from heat, sharp objects, and rough handling
